What’s the role about?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Online Trade Planning team to deliver best in class digital trading moments & be part of our exciting plan to accelerate digital transformation.
Supported by a team you will plan, execute and optimise the onsite journey for all cross category campaigns; e.g. Christmas & for key propositions eg Click & Collect. You’ll be working across customer and trading teams to achieve key milestones adopting a data driven and customer centred approach.
Inspiring and delighting our customers through engaging and relevant content is a big focus for us and this role also leads the content planning process for JL.com; identifying opportunities throughout our onsite journeys to amplify content across devices and drive cohesion and performance.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for the delivery of all onsite elements of cross category campaigns i.e Christmas ensuring that business objectives are met and customer journey is optimised successfully; working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver results.
You will be responsible for planning onsite content across JL.com and our App working with our online category teams to ensure that content across our pages is inspiring and cohesive and employ effective measurement strategies to understand performance and prioritise change.
You will provide expert and insightful analysis of campaign & journey performance blending customer and commercial data to drive actions across Online teams and shape future strategies.
Responsible for the planning and execution of the Homepage and working with our product and UX teams to optimise its performance.
Responsible for developing a highly commercial and analytical team with a high performance culture that interprets complex data to make better trading decisions and delivers continuous online optimisation improvements.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement through robust analysis and streamlining of processes to ensure ultimate efficiency in our ways of working
What you'll have
Strong Digital background and extensive managerial experience
Experience in running successful onsite campaigns
Highly numerate with strong focus on data analytics - preferably Omniture/ GA proficient
Experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders whilst being comfortable with engaging, challenging and influencing them.
What else could you bring?
Project Management/ Critical Path management
Experience with content tools and AB testing.
