Online Store Assistant The Party Room location Auckland.
The Party Room is one of New Zealand’s leading online party stores. Due to significant business growth we are looking for an online store assistant to support our small team based in Avondale. This is a part time role consisting of 20 hours a week: 9am – 1pm, Monday to Friday. Working during the school holidays is also required.
The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for processing online orders. A typical day will also involve helping customers via email, phone and in person, restocking products, helping to manage social media channels and lots more. This is a versatile role with the opportunity to be exposed to and learn all facets of running a successful online business.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone that has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with counting. Is confident with technology. Has excellent customer service skills and a professional standard of written and verbal communication skills. Has a strong work ethic.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Have a clean criminal record. An immediate start is available.
