What’s the role about?
As an Online Merchandiser L7, in the Online Trading profession, you will be responsible for using data to recommend improvements in customer journeys and trading decisions for categories, events or seasonal campaigns. You will be responsible for onsite improvements to improve conversion rates and curate content accurately and effectively for your area. You will work with stakeholders across Customer & Trading teams to ensure end-to-end online customer journeys are considered in trade planning.
What will you be doing?
You will be a commercially astute and analytical individual that maximises sales for your online area. You’ll provide recommendations using site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform assortments, trade planning, campaigns/events or propositions for your area or category. You will provide direction to the team in ensuring site "Shop Keeping" meets web merchandising & content standards across all devices and ensure any poor journeys/errors are swiftly resolved. You will constantly scan external online markets and online competitors to inform assortment/services development; site customer journey development or optimisation initiatives.

What you'll have
