The opportunity:

We are looking for someone to help build our online department as we continue through our major refurbishment to transform our store into a leading fresh foods market. It will require determination, teamwork and a commitment to excellence to ensure everything we do is best in class. You will be given scope to try new things and do things differently to ensure we deliver to the needs of our customers in everything we do!

There is strong potential for this to develop into further career opportunities in our store.

Your day to day:

• Picking, packing and processing customer's online shopping orders (basic computer skills required)
• Transporting customer's online shopping orders from the store to their vehicle throughout the day in a timely and safe manner while providing the highest standard of excellent customer service (our concierge service)
• Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor while picking customers orders
• Cleaning and organising online areas and equipment
• Working in Grocery to fill shelves during downtime in Online
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety standards

What we need from you:

• Great communication skills to work alongside the checkout, grocery and wider teams particularly Store leadership
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility in working hours and tasks
• An openness to continuous change and adapting to new ideas and initiatives
• The ability to work independently and prioritise and multi task to consistently meet deadlines
• A great work ethic and hardworking nature speed and hustle are important here!
• A high level of accuracy and efficiency making sure customers get their correct order in a timely manner!
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
