Omnichannel Key Account Manager Are you a high level pharmaceutical key account manager with a passion for innovation, sales and digital marketing? Are you a very analytical/data driven/IT Savvy sales person? Then this is for you The ideal candidate will be able to forge and build bespoke working relationships with the pharmaceutical industry and the NHS networks. In addition, seek out the right KOLs and target Customers to gain and develop the right advocates and champions , across the whole Health economy. You will have full accountability for managing and growing new and existing accounts , whilst improving services and Omnichannel market development initiatives . In addition, an understanding and passion for digital engagement activities , Market intelligence & insights , are crucial in this role, as is the content planning, design and ultimately the sales execution based upon your ability to analyse key data Territory covered : North UK (Midlands and North territories) Client based in Maidenhead but hybrid/remote work is possible Full Time, 12-month contract (possibly leading to permanent role) Therapy area: Dermatology Benefit Package includes Competitive Salary, Car Allowance , Bonus, Company Insurance, private medical, holiday purchase plus other flexible benefits. Responsibilities • Develop and implement the cross-functional territory level digital-led business plan and achieve sales targets within defined budgets and timelines • Leverage digital channels with a focus on e-mail 1:1 follow up ; and sales driven webinars • Develop a local account level situational analysis (patient flows, clinic pathways and leverage points, competitor environment) to capitalise on opportunities and minimise threats • Co-develop and execute the product commercial deal and homecare services in Tier 1 accounts in collaboration with the relevant RHOM • Build productive relationships with key external stakeholders to assess and address customer’s needs • Contribute to the brand management and promotion Qualifications: Business related or life sciences degree Sales AND Digital Marketing experience Proven sales success in KAM role within the pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication skills (F2F and Digital) Above average IT literacy, proactive about digital engagement with proven experience of omnichannel execution Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate pro-activity and agility in a cross functional team is ESSENTIAL ABPI qualification (essential) Digital marketing experience (desired) Learn more about jobs within IQVIA’s Contract Sales and Medical Solutions division at https://www.iqviamedicalsalescareers.com/our-careers.
