Have experience of working within an office( Essential)
I.T Literate (MS Office programmes and inhouse systems)
Confident speaking over the phone (Inbound & Outbound calls) and able to deal with all types of situations
Ability to adapt with last minute changes
Strong minded with a willingness to learn
Proven customer services experience

A bit about the job:
Partner with the Senior Account Manager to build long term relationships with the aligned panel of intermediaries and their teams in order to generate sales in line with agreed targets
Jointly develop account plans to ensure business plan is achieved, including upcoming rate reviews and sales targets
Identify potential prospect sales when working with members of intermediaries team updating Senior Account Manager, refreshing account plans as appropriate
You will be the dedicated point of contact for issue resolution for external customers - take ownership, seek out answers from internal teams as needed and deliver/communicate to Intermediaries
Identify trends in complaints though analysis and suggesting how to remove blockage / issue causing the problem therefore driving down complaints and customer dissatisfaction
Keep Salesforce up to date, obtain feedback from intermediaries and highlight key prospects to manager in order to maximise sales leads
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Previous experience of working in an office is essential
Excellent customer service skills
Highly effective relationship management skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and their teams.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work confidently with the financial elements of the role including sales / quotes / margin / premiums / targets etc
Self-starter can do attitude. Resilient.
