Summary of Role:

The OE Partner operates in the OE team and provides support form a wide variety of OE interventions including a heavy focus on Change Management. This role is key in supporting our transformation and business strategy from a People and Culture view.

Raytheon UK’s OE Team are a key enabler to the business’s growth strategy and transformation journey. The OE Partner will play a pivotal role not only in supporting the business to develop the right structure for success but ensure that it develops a great employee experience and a high-performing, inclusive culture.

The OE Partner will report to the OE Lead for the UK, as part of the HR Function

Main Duties:

Work in partnership with stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver creative, high impact insight-driven solutions that meet the needs of the People & Culture and wider Business Strategies.

Provide consultancy to the HR Business Partner community in developing OE interventions.

Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case and vision for change with stakeholders across the organisation.

Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, opportunities.

Work in partnership with the business to deliver effective and timely organisational change ensuring we engage in a timely manner and support the change effectively

Be seen as an internal consultant, developing a great employee experience through the delivery and effective change management of organisational people-related projects & interventions through effective communication, coaching and stakeholder management.

Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the business environment for further improvement.

Develop and evolve the OE infrastructure, challenging ourselves and using external benchmarks and best practice to shape how we measure end to end processes, our employee experience, our culture transformation, employee engagement, development and return on investment.

Candidate requirements

Essential:

  • Experience of leading and advising on the design and delivery of change, organisation development or people related projects at an organisational level.
  • Significant HR generalist skills across a range of HR disciplines (Org Design, Talent, Reward, Learning & Development).
  • Proven experience delivering key change processes across an organisation.
  • Analytical skills, including using data to measure outcomes and inform decision making, and being able to weigh up and take decisions when there are unknowns
  • Ability to engage, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
  • Ability to credibly influence others at all levels in the organisation.

Desirable:

  • Strong consultancy skills and experience of a variety of business types and industries to help bring an external perspective and future thinking to challenge how we work.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Qualification in Organisational Design & Development
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience of working in a matrix-type organisation
