Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ocean Product Coordinator to join our Global Forwarding division based in Westmeadows. 

The job will be hands-on and jointly accountable for execution of capacity management and execution of the Ocean Products strategies covering commercial & operational aspects, including active participation in the development of solutions.

As the Ocean Product Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Buy and sell rate negotiations for FLC 
• Be involved in TGF tender management 
• Drive quality and consistency whilst supporting sales growth
• Participate in regular business review meetings with carries 
• Analyse space management and yield maximisation 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of sales and tender process 
• High attention to detail 
• Previous experience using Cargowise - desirable
• Deep understanding of ocean freight 
• Strong verbal and written communication
