We have a Full Time Storemans position that has become available in our busy Inwards Goods team. If youre a bit of a Night Owl and like variety in your duties then this position will suit you perfectly.

Days are Tuesday to Saturday.

Hours are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30pm to 6.30am / Friday, Saturday 6.30pm to 3.30am = 45.5 Hours per week

You will be part of a small team so reliability and punctuality is a must. You must be honest and have good attention to detail when dealing with and checking off stock coming into the Inwards Goods area as Inventory Integrity starts at our storeroom. The ideal candidate will have a mix of Forklift & Reach Truck experience, have a current Forklift / Reach Truck Operator certificate or, at a minimum, previous experience in a Logistics / Inwards Goods environment. Duties will also involve some general Nightfill work - variety is definitely in abundance with this job.

Enthusiasm is a must along with good organisational skills. This is a busy Supermarket so the position requires a cool head under pressure along with the ability to multi task and work unsupervised.

The role requires:

• Someone who is physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting without issue (up to 20kg)
• Forklift / Reach truck operation
• Stock rotation
• Stock filling
• Loss prevention through safe stock handling
• Inwards Goods receipting via SAP so accuracy is a must (full training will be given)
• Workplace Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance
• Comfortable working on ladders
• General housekeeping / cleaning of Storeroom, Credit areas
