The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Network Security Team Lead to join our Enterprise IT team and be responsible for setting the roadmap and ensuring the delivery of features and capabilities for a small number of similar products that deliver customer value. You will be responsible for working closely with the product manager building the product vison. You will align this with the roadmap, features and capabilities of the overall platform. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in areas of SASE (secure access service edge) and Network security. You will also be responsible for a team which consists of 6 full time employees, so it’s essential to be an excellent leader who can facilitate sprint ceremonies, guiding and advising agile team members.

If you are product and business value focussed this will be a great opportunity for you. You will work across agile development teams and stakeholders across the Release Train including Security Leads, Service Leads, System Architects and Senior Scrum Master and be on hand to support the agile team in understanding user stories.

Our teams are set up to work flexibly, therefore you don’t have to live in Gloucester. As long as you are in a position to travel to the office when required to collaborate with your team and stakeholders you can be based anywhere in the UK.
