TalkTalk existing Customers come first and peace of mind matters. We are upgrading our network and this is why we need a successful Access Delivery Coordinator to assure that our DFX and Backhaul Prioritisation Rollout is delivered in a controlled and prioritised manner. Other coordination activities within BAU will also form part of this role. Exchange Delivery has been put in place to assist the team out in the field.

How will I add value in this role?

You will be Responsibile for network delivery activities. You will plan and coordinate the delivery activities to obtain the best delivery precision within to agreed timescales

You will Act as the primary point of contact for delivery including escalations & issues and ensure TalkTalk’s operating procedures are followed to ensure the successful delivery

You will ensure delivery targets and measurements are supported by field, circuit planning and engineering teams.

You'll Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service resulting from the deliver and provide formal reports to the project - provide adequate and timely updates & reports to include measurements on delivery against planned dates, velocity, quality compliance and benefit realisation.

You will also:

• Provide status reports on the tranche delivery plans including major issues with owners and actions, risks and mitigations as required by the Delivery manager, Project Manager and Governance forums.

• Ensure that completed delivery is handed onto the relevant teams.

• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure that delivery is aligned with the objectives of the company.

• Communicate regularly with other delivery coordinators, to ensure alignment between delivery stages, good practice, process improvement and lessons learned.

  Provide cover for other members of the team during absences.

• Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation.

• Maintain a secure working environment in line with the requirements of the TalkTalk Security Policy in order to protect individuals, information and TalkTalk assets.

What do I need in order to deliver this role?

You must have great coordination/administration skills. You have strong MS Office and Good people skills.

It will be great to also have telecoms rollout experience and past experiences working with field teams and reporting Skills
