As the successful Candidate you will provide technical knowledge and support for the Client’s in-house hardware and network systems. To support the business, you will ensure security, integrity and high-availability of the supported business applications.. To be successful in this role, you should have a can-do attitude and are an organized problem solver with strong technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems. Requirements

MUST HAVES:

4 + years of proven working experience in related position with strong technical knowledge of network systems

Proficient knowledge and experience with networking, including LAN/WAN data networking environments

Strong working experience with Cisco Network Configuration and Administration

Proven working success in supporting WAN/LAN routers and switches, Web Filtering and caching technologies, Web Caching  and firewall security components

Excellent knowledge and working ability troubleshooting and resolving network infrastructure problems

Solid foundation with the installation, maintenance, and updating of facilities for critical systems

Experience performing software installs and upgrades (service packs, hot fixes, etc.) in accordance with standard requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and technical personnel

Excellent written communication skills with superb ability for documentation with detail and accuracy

Self-motivated, with a desire to deliver quality service and to work independently to high standards

Out-of-the-box" thinking and problem-solving skills along the ability to multi-task between different activities and meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Post-secondary degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent training
