Plan Hero
Plan Hero is an NDIS plan management company. Plan Hero supports NDIS participants who have NDIS plans that are ‘plan managed’.
Plan Managers act as a personal administrative assistant to NDIS participants by checking all their invoices and making payments to their service providers, using funds from their NDIS plans.
We also make sure they are not over or underspending their NDIS budgets, are able to connect people looking for providers of disability services in their area and liaise with service providers.
Most importantly, we help participants make sure they can get the most of your their funding, and are supported in understanding how to use their funding.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking to add to our energetic vibrant team. Specifically, we are looking to hire a new plan manager to join our team at Plan Hero.

SKILLS NEEDED:
Being comfortable working within online platforms and software. The following would be helpful:
If you don’t have experience in the specific software platforms we are using, you should be able to teach yourself to use them, however basic training will be provided.
Be prepared to embrace each task as your own! Bring your ideas as to how we can do things better, faster and more efficiently.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT SOMEONE WHO:
This role will suit someone who is happy to work autonomously and on a variety of projects. It would suit someone who is ordered, efficient and skilled at data entry. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people (over the phone), working on solutions, and providing guidance and support to participants, carers and providers.
Joining the Plan Hero team would be perfect for someone that wants to see the impact they are having on the disability community – everything you do will have impact and make people’s lives better.
You should be flexible and happy to work where you are most needed within the group. Life will never be boring or short of laughter.
This role can be performed as a combination of at home and at the office.
HOURS:
Part time with the view to move to full-time after 3 months (Flexible based on the right candidate).
