As National Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of some of most valued and important key strategic Licensed UK Pub Groups.

This is a broad and strategic commercial role and the successful candidate will be required to have a hands on approach with an impressive track record of achievement in previous commercial positions. They will have excellent organisation, project management and administration skills, outstanding networking and natural relationship building skills. Additionally, they will have an advanced ability in sales proposition and negotiation and working data insight through to a fully formed commercial plan and strategy. Most importantly, they will have a genuine passion and knowledge for the Pub sector with a preferred knowledge in L&T and a real love of Sky Sports and Sky’s award-winning entertainment content

What you’ll do:

Develop, negotiate and execute customer plans to deliver budgeted revenue and subscription growth

Drive forward the customer commercial plans by having strong relationships with customers across all levels of their business

Identify opportunities through both customer relationships, and a data driven and analytical approach

Work with the Partnership Director to develop and craft our Commercial Strategy

Drive forward and lead the merging of our TV and Sky Connect businesses, implementing the new combined Commercial Strategy

Responsible for defining how we build a scalable and sustainable centrally billed model with L&T Operators

Ensure outstanding levels of administration and collaboration with other departments and support functions across Sky Business to deliver the customers plan

Passionate about building “winning relationships” with key stakeholders – internally and externally

Use strategic Insights to help drive and shape the Business and ensure decision making is insight driven.

Lead ad hoc projects across the team including people, research, strategy plus help bring new team improvements and ideas.

What you’ll bring:

Have a deep passion for the business and manage cost as if it were your own

Demand the highest standards and deliver the best experiences from all staff

Have in depth knowledge and proven background of working across the UK Pub sector

Excellent organisation, administerial & prioritisation skills

Strong commercial and analytical skills to confidently negotiate with senior stakeholders

Strong communication and presentational skills

Advanced skills in selling and understanding specific customer needs

Knowledgeable in Excel, Teams and PowerPoint

Preferred experience in National Account Management / Project management
