This expansion has created several opportunities for dynamic tele-fundraisers to join our team as we embark in this exciting phase of our company. Working alongside driven, fun and supportive team members you will be raising funds for some of Australia’s most respected not for profit organisations like Rural Fire Service Association and Kids with Cancer Foundation.

About you

• Excellent communication skills & a positive attitude
• Driven to meet targets
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight
• Sounds computer skills

What 4Mile offers you:

• A competitive base rate of $23.00 per hour + Uncapped commission + 50% monthly VIP commission
• A $150 sign up bonus after meeting your minimum hours over two pay periods
• Paid training
• A flexible roster allowing you to select your shifts. Shift times are from 11:00am till 10:00pm Monday to Friday & 11:00am till 7:00pm on Saturdays
• Option of working from home once training has completed and you are consistently meeting KPIs
