To carry out planned and reactive duties in accordance with agreed service levels ,ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded. 

The Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance across all aspects of building services, responsible for building systems across all disciplines with a key competency in either electrical or mechanical maintenance. 

The Multi-Skilled Building Services engineer will be responsible for undertaking pre-preventive maintenance, repair, and reactive tasks across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the agreed service level agreements are met.
• Carry out PPM and reactive tasks as required.
• Provide maintenance support (including installations; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services, plant / equipment & buildings.
• Deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building plant / equipment
• Ensure that the site maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations
• Make sure operational policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract. 
• Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities, and are regularly reviewed.
• Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.

• Contractor management of specialist supply partners 

Experience:

• Mechanically biased with knowledge of electrical systems
• Previous experience of reactive and PPM maintenance
• Industrial site experience would be advantageous but not essential
