Role: Servicing Telephony - Mortgage
Location: Pentland House, South Gyle Crescent, EH12 9ZA
Pay rate: £10.62 per hour
Contract: 6-month contract with the opportunity to become permanent.
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm on rotation + an occasional Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Job Description:
You will be the first point of contact for all queries regarding Mortgage.
You will take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers, that will exceed their expectations and deal with customer data ethically and in accordance with the FSA requirements.
Complete telephony, digital and admin-based tasks to service customer queries.
You will also be responsible for building relations with brokers (internal and external)
