Job Description

We are currently looking for a student to fill a Security Monitoring Operation position within our small team in Thorndon.

You will be monitoring alarm systems, answering the telephone, and dealing with customer enquires.

To apply you must have:

• Great telephone manner
• Good computer skills
• A trustworthy, honest and reliable work ethic
• The ability to pass a security license check from the Ministry of Justice

This role will be 12-16 hours per week. You must be able to work weekends and after hours.  You will also need a bit of flexibility to cover additional shifts (we are open 24 hours) when full time staff are on leave.

Full training is provided in-house and there is an opportunity for the role to become full time in the future for the candidate who wishes to make a career in the Security Industry
