Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) Field Officer

As an EMS Field Officer at FIRST Security, you will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence, you will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.

Attention to detail, following instructions and communication skills are critical for your success in this role. We maintain a very high standard of service at all times and rely on a can-do attitude.

We offer you a great training programme and support to ensure you have all of the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

You will be required to complete standard patrols when not on EMS call.

Requirements:*Ability to obtain a Certificate of Acceptance (CoA)*MUST have a clean NZ Full Driver’s Licence*Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check*Hold a current vaccine pass
