We’re one of the big suppliers, we’re agile and move quickly when it comes to tech. We’re evolving our IT landscape from traditional on-premise monoliths to a collection of scalable, independent micro services which enable us to react to the fast paced nature of business and uncertainty.

Our Software Engineering practice is at the heart of this transformation, and is a multi-disciplined team with generalists and specialists; be it front-end, back-end, DevOps, SRE or QA – everyone’s welcome! 

We are supported by strong collaboration with our architects, delivery leads and product owners and our methodology is based around agile delivery, DevOps structure and high amounts of test and pipeline automation.

Our teams are set up to work flexibly, therefore as long as you’re able to travel to the office a couple of times a month to collaborate with your team, stakeholders and see your works progression for yourself, you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Our Technology

We're looking for strong Mobile App Developers to build our future state landscape, that gives customers the control at their fingertips. This is a new team, and a great opportunity for somebody to help shape, develop and grow our software engineering practice.

Our core working methods are based around modern DevOps process; shift-left, whole-sale automation of testing, and deployment, and "everything as code"

• React Native / Kotlin / Swift
• CI/CD with Github/CodeBuild/CodePipeline

We’re keen to speak with Engineers who are looking to make their mark and help us build new landscape and team.

The team is growing rapidly and we are always looking for different levels of talent. Our preference is promote within the team and grow our engineers into seniors and leads where they have the aptitude and desire.

There are also scope across the wider technology teams too if you have ambitions longer term outside of just software engineering.
