Job Description

A Wellington CBD 5-star hotel is looking for a Minibar Attendant to join our wonderful team and provide guests with a fully-stocked and well maintained minibar on a consistent basis throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and replenishing used minibar items in every hotel room
• Complete daily minibar worksheet and report
• Maintain the cleanliness of minibars and the storage area, doing stock takes
• Always maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism
• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with hotel guests
• Flexibility to work on a variety of shifts over a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Assist with other housekeeping, room attendant tasks as required (some heavy lifting will be required daily)
