Location:Newbury (Blended - office & home)

What will you be doing?


Working within the MI and analytics team within IT Governance, you will specialise in analysing data and producing insight, along with developing and maintaining the toolset required to manage that data.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support the wider IT team by turning Information requests into insightful reporting that directs short and long term Operational plans
• Maintain and develop our tool suite, including Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power BI and Power Automate such that accurate and appropriate data is available for review and analysis
• Build and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders, gathering, assessing  and satisfying data requirements from across the business
• Provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and governance requirements are adhered to.
• Identifying root causes of trends and seeking to consistently improve quality of output, Identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues and developing solutions to improve overall reporting

 

Who are we looking for?


• Experience with databases, analytical and visualisation software and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power Automate and PowerBIis desirable

• Great communication and presentation skills, presenting to a senior level.
• Experience in the end to end delivery and design of data driven solutions and reports
• Problem solver able to identify key patterns and trends that alert us to new opportunities
• Experience with data manipulation, Formula creation, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables
• Strong working knowledge of Office 365
• Understanding of data modelling and data-based solutions
• Excellent Excel skills
• Knowledge of Process methodologies
• Experience with databases, analytical and visualisation software and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power Automate and PowerBIis desirable
• Experience working within an Agile environment is desirable
