Salary: £27, 632.33 per annum
We’re looking for an excellent MHE Trainer to join us to support the Thatcham Distribution function to ensure compliance and provide on-going training that is required onsite to all MHE users including periodical assessments to maintain Health & Safety compliant.
Please note the hours are between 7am and 11pm over 5 out of the 7 days of the week. For the majority of the year, hours will be between 7am -7pm.
To be considered for this role, you will have to be flexible, and have a readiness to adapt to changing priorities and can perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
As an MHE Trainer you provide MHE training to the required standard as detailed by the accrediting bodies, ensure training, test and certification documentation is completed, issued, and maintained as detailed within the accredited body’s guidance’s.
You will be aware of the challenges and highlight instances of poor MHE to the team and management. As well as monitor and identify accident investigations and provide regular updates to ensure any retraining that is required to support individuals needs and support other Health and Safety training within TVDC.

About you
You will be up to date with developments in training and the MHE industry, have good PC literacy skills and will be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to the changing demands of the role. Ideally you will be RTITB trained or have some forklift experience.
