The Company

Our client is a membership organisation, specialising within the financial services sector. They are looking for permanent member support representatives to join their Wellington branch, one of 14 locations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Asia.

About your new role

As a member support representative you will provide our members and internal & external clients with a high level of customer service and advice via technology. There are two permanent, full-time positions available. Monday - Friday 11.30am - 8pm & Monday - Friday 1.30pm - 10pm. Team members working after 7pm will receive an additional $7.00 per hour.

• Provide advice, solutions and exceptional service
• Answering and actioning queries
• Accurately inputting and amending information in the membership database system
• Engaging in an outbound calling programme

What you will need to exceed

The top priorities in the role of Member Support Representative is exceptional customer service and communication skills and innovation.

• Customer service skills and experience preferably in a contact centre
• Delivery of innovation through strong relationships with technology enablers and external partnerships
• Active contributions to collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Experience applying commercial acumen that has added demonstrable value to organisations and their customers

• $55,000 base salary + 3% kiwi saver contributions
