Our Medical Relations team in the UK & Ireland is recruiting their next apprentice to join the movement #HealthistheFutureofBeauty.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of the medical strategy within the medical relations team.

The Medical team is responsible for all medical relations and visits with health care professionals. We visit Dermatologists, General Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists. We communicate information about our products to keep health care professionals up to date. We also conduct dermatology education and support projects that contribute to healthcare.

You will...

•       Contribute to the Medical Relations Congress plan and other medical events

•       Gather feedback from the medical detailing team on communication effectiveness

•       Assist in the organization of medical meetings and activities with Key Opinion Leaders

•       Work with the Medical Relations team and ACD teams to deliver the Medical Strategy

Day-to-day you may...

• Assist in booking and planning of the medical relations conference calendar
• Manage the forms pre-congress to ensure they include company profiles, logos, attendees, and stock.
• Work with marketing on creating clear briefs for material production
• Review with the team current medical materials and gather feedback to improve
• Assist in the preparation of strategy meetings, presentations and gathering of minutes
• Work with the Medical Relations team on KOL activities such as briefs, product/services updates, and advisory boards

You are...

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Interested in medicine or health-sciences and have associated qualifications (i.e. biology/chemistry at A-Level or equivalent).
• Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
• Have achieved ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
