• General HVAC building services trade skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Mechanical qualification Level 3 or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Building Services & HVAC maintenance
• Proven experience of successfully supervising sub-concontractors
• Solid understanding and experience meeting health and safety requirements in maintenance activities
• Ability to work reactively within an efficient and timely manner
