Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define, drive, and maintain decision-based agendas and forums for senior managers and ensure actions are clearly understood and tracked to resolution
- Direct the communication of status, issue and risk disposition to all stakeholders, escalating any issues associated with the programs
- Direct analysis of efforts to define requirements, synthesize findings, produce recommendations
- Represent Markets in global strategic decision making, ensuring needs are addressed
- Drive internal productivity and transformation initiatives; actively seeking process standardization
- Ensure solutions are designed with simplified operating models and with strategic architecture in mind
- Work with cross-business teams to ensure communication is effective and achievements are communicated in a streamlined fashion.
- Provides governance oversight for programmes of re-engineering.
- Engage partner organisations where appropriate to continue to raise awareness of re-engineering principles.
- Develop and execute influencing strategies to build & increase buy-in and business leadership support.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- Process and Project management experience. Lean, Six Sigma or another formal training in reengineering or process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred / relevant experience.
