About the role:  

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced planner to join team to work across our new partner initiative programme. The role sits within the Activity Management team (studio 368) that forms part of Marketing Operations. In Marketing Operations, we enable great work through simple, effective & collaborative ways of working. What you'll be responsible for:  

As a marketing Project Planner you will lead & facilitate squads. These squads are split in to a Partnerships Planning & Executional squad, & a Wholesale & Convenience Squad. You will drive key milestones and actions to ensure the customer team are delivering each piece of activity to critical path. You will also be involved in the kick off sessions with new partners and the customer floor teams to ensure collaboration. There will be a requirement to produce, and manage artwork via our internal studio,  n order to support the Partnerships Activity plan:

• Management of internal stakeholders to deliver results efficiently
• Co-ordination and management of critical paths across all managed projects
• Responsible for briefing activity to a critical path into Studio 368 using our internal system Workfront, on brief, on brand and on time, within the agreed template for the partner.
• Responsible for ensuring all information is present and accurate before brief takes place to limit amends.
• Responsible for collating feedback from all teams and effectively briefing amends to studio teams for correct output
• Ensure process is regularly reviewed to drive efficiencies and improvements in Ways of Working across teams
• Responsible for escalation of potential or high risk issues to Activity Planning Manager, as well as key stakeholders within the squads 

 About you: 

• An understanding of retail and the ability to adapt plans and thinking
• Demonstrate cross functional working.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment – you must be able to think ahead and create the right plan
• Ability to assess risks and determine priorities
• Studio production & artwork briefing experience
