Lead management professional on global team sought for marketing operations manager role within the AWS Business Operations team supporting marketers on the AWS Segments and Audience Marketing team.

In this role, you will oversee a range of tracking and reporting, manage initiatives, and drive strategic process enhancements all focused on improving the quality of leads entering at the top of the funnel. You will monitor data hygiene, drive and support the lead importing process, monitor the sources of leads using Salesforce and Tableau, and identify process improvements.

Our ideal candidate possesses an in-depth lead management and analytical background, has worked closely with field marketing and on events on lead importing, and has experience with improving the velocity of leads entering the system. We are seeking a highly curious, passionate, and data-driven individual. This role demands a motivated self-starter who’s able – and wants to – operate in a lean, fast-paced organization that scales quickly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years’ Salesforce experience (Classic & Lightning) to create reports and dashboards
· 3+ years of experience collaborating with field marketers, telesales function (LDR, BDR, etc.), and sales
· 2+ years working in Tableau reporting and dashboards
· Experience with supporting lead importing processes related to events and campaigns.
· Experience with CRM data quality improvement initiatives.
· Experience leveraging and/or implementing the Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall
· 2+ years as a marketing automation administrator (Marketo, etc.) at a B2B enterprise/SaaS company
· Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, or marketing OR 4+ years’ relevant professional experience
· Experience with supporting lead importing processes related to events and campaigns.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· In-depth understanding between the relationship of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Activities and Opportunity objects
· Certifications in Salesforce, Tableau and/or Marketo
· Advanced Excel (Pivot tables/Scripting)
· Experience conducting in-person/virtual presentations/trainings/discovery sessions
· Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
· Experience with SQL
· Previously worked on an agile team using sprints, backlog, and retrospectives (Workfront/Jira/Trello)
· Prior experience working in a Sales Operations role
