Eave system consists of intelligent ear defenders, continuously collecting data on environmental noise and individual exposure, and an online platform, PEAK, for viewing the data and gathering insights. We can also provide our customers with the ability to map out noise on-site through smart beacons. Eave’s customers use data-driven insights to protect over-exposed workers, adjust working methods and remove noise hazards at the source.Â

The ideal candidate will be fascinated by the role Marketing plays to push the company forward: you’ll be open to trying different things based on your experience and knowledge then follow those through to understand the impact of your work. It’d help if you had an interest in tech and health and wellbeing as this is the core of our work. You’ll have to work across a few different teams so being personable and friendly is a must. We’re a start up so things can change quite quickly here: being adaptable, flexible and resilient would be a big plus!Â
