As Marketing Executive, working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving inbound acquisition and in-life upsell/retention activities for our Small Business division.
You’ll manage the email marketing activity for current, and potentially new customers, including planning, brief creation, content development, email build, activation and performance tracking
You’ll be part of a vibrant, creative team who lead the way with fresh ideas and innovative thinking to drive the success of the business.

How will I deliver in the role?
You’ll support the planning and execution of integrated campaign activity comprising of paid digital, direct mail, third party lead generation and social.
You’ll create engaging content to underpin marketing and website activities
You’ll support refresh of in-life customer communications to improve customer experience.
You’ll track, and report on, campaign performance
You’ll work with partner agencies for day-to-day delivery of activities
What do I need in order to be successful in the role?
You’ll have previous marketing experience, ideally with go-to-market experience
Comfortable working under pressure/in a fast-paced environment
You’ll be able to demonstrate you creativity and innovation
A keenness to work in a business with exciting and ambitious growth plans
If you have experience within telecoms, fibre, utilities or energy sector then that would be ideal, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we’d still like to hear from you
