Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow the Easygo brands by forming, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with influencers from multiple platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc in the CIS regions (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine). Aside from assisting the Affiliate manager in facilitating deals, your main tasks would include maintaining daily communication with the existing affiliates and onboarding more affiliates in a rapid-paced industry. To be able to do this, you will need to be fluent in English and one of the countries listed above.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist & coordinate the company’s affiliate program, including marketing promotions and initiatives.

Research, source & evaluate and onboard new affiliates to the program.

Maintain existing relationships with partnered affiliates.

Monitor and analyse results of affiliate campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

Handle day to day engagement and communication with influencers.

Analyse competitors.

Monitoring and setting reloads on a daily basis.

Kindly note - This role is a full-time role that would require you to work 5 days per week, which would include 4 weekdays and 1 day over the weekend.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

You must be fluent in both English and one of the languages spoken in the CIS region (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine)

Affiliate marketing knowledge

Ability to onboard and manage influencers as affiliates

Gambling knowledge advantageous

Confident in data management with the highest attention to detail, measuring value metrics such as CPM & CPA

Excellent communication

Ability to take initiative

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work efficiently without supervision

Ability to multitask
