The Role

An exciting opportunity has come available for an innovative, hands-on marketing and communications professional to join their family-oriented team based in Mt Wellington. Key to driving innovation and bringing a fresh approach for the business, this role is integral for communicating the Electrix value proposition and brand messaging into the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing compelling communications and collateral for staff, suppliers, contractors and customers
• Ownership and development of the annual communications plan across digital and traditional channels
• Engagement with VINCI Energies on international communication requirements
• Management of the CRM, marketing automation, and CMS platforms
• Management of all internal communications channels including newsletters, magazines and emails
• Engaging with all levels across the business to showcase Electrix project and maintenance capabilities through written and photographic communications 
• Development of content in the form of written articles/case studies and video which can be used to differentiate Electrix and demonstrate thought leadership 
• Management of the overall brand identity and assets which includes brand guidelines and identity, and the development of the strategic narrative and messaging Electrix will use in the market and internally
• Reporting and analytics in regards to marketing activities.

About You:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
• B2B marketing experience preferred
• Experience operating a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot experience highly regarded)
• Hands-on experience of digital marketing technologies
• Superior interpersonal skills and organisational capability
• Positive attitude, self-managing, and customer /client focus
• Curious mindset, keeps up with emerging technologies and new ways of working.
