We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Marketing professional with a 'can do' spirit to drive awareness and sales growth within the Asia Pacific Region. You'll play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and execution of regional marketing programs to engage and motivate our HR, IT and C-Suite B2B target audience.
You'll work closely with the Global HCM Marketing Leader and the regional Sales and Alliances Teams to help develop an effective regional marketing strategy to achieve our business goals for prospective clients, customers, partners, and key influencers.
Essential Functions
Manages the implementation of integrated marketing plans, including social media, content marketing, events, digital and public relations.
Participates in the planning and execution of events, conferences and tradeshows to market the company's offerings to identified audiences.
Collaborates with Leadership, Sales and Partners to develop strategies and tactics to achieve Brand and Demand Generation objectives.
Partners with Customer Success, Sales and Delivery teams to drive customer references and advocacy initiatives such as customer case studies, testimonials and speaking opportunities.
Manages the regional marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of funds in adherence to KPIs, including the utilization of Partner Marketing Development Funds .
Supports content production by building and managing content marketing campaigns and establishing marketing materials and calendars.
Influences Rizing's online presence through developing and recommending content that effectively promotes inbound lead generation.
Implements brand strategy initiatives to support digital marketing goals through social media, website, and other digital channels.

Analyzes data and performs research to develop insights, make recommendations and optimize current marketing strategies.
Tracks and reports on effectiveness of Marketing programs using consistent framework.
Generates and documents lead qualification and lead flow to continuously identify new targeted audience opportunities.
Performs general administrative responsibilities; participates in scheduled meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline - or relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Customer service skills with the ability to build and manage relationships, influence decisions, and effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Organizational skills with the ability to establish and manage multiple priorities, utilizing flexibility in responding to changing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.

Experience with Marketing and Sale Automation tools
Practical or theoretical cultural understanding of ANZ and SEA marketplaces an advantage
