Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis of the business. This comprises the formulation of the annual budget and operating plan, maintaining a 3-year rolling forecast, and delivering financial analysis that drives decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate for this role has prior experience as an FP& A Business Partner in consumer products, is excellent with financial modeling, and is looking to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making within a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

This position requires an individual with a strong financial background, an excellent business acumen, strategic lenses, and excellent communication skills to effectively deliver financial storytelling at various levels of the organization. We are looking for someone who has a CPA/MBA/CFA, who is excited about financial modeling, and is passionate about being a business partner to the Leadership Team.
