The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

Job Description

Toll Group are searching for 2 x experienced Maintenance Schedulers to join our Global Logistics - Equipment division based in Karawatha. Working Monday to Friday, you will be accountable for coordinating, booking in and planning of all Equipment Maintenance functions within the Global Logistics business, including the coordination of heavy vehicle maintenance activities nationwide. 

As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will:

  • Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings Nationwide via a central team.
  • Engage third parties for maintenance (OEM’s and outsourcing subcontractors).
  • Engage with internal customers and Toll Equipment workshops to ensure best utilisation and minimise vehicle off road time.
  • Minimise maintenance expense for the Toll Group through effective management of costs, assets and maintenance regimes.
  • Building internal relationships across the Toll network. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role of service bookings (service advisor, maintenance controller or fleet services officer etc). 
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and providers.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. 
  • Intermediate computer skills - MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
