Machine Operator $18.82 per hour

What will you be doing?

• Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment
• Review the daily production schedule
• Responsible for proper and accurate set up of the lines
• Coordinate with Mixers and other Machine Operators on the line
• Maintain a safe and hazard free work area including proper cleaning of equipment
• Provide coverage as a general production worker/mixer when required
• Follow Give & Go core values - Respect, Direct Communication & Quality
• Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP\' and Health and Safety.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What do you bring to the job?

• Ability to lift upwards of 25lbs
• Completion of high school education or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience (food manufacturing experience an asset).
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Computer proficiency for MS Applications such as Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
