Job Description:
The Online Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the online team within each respective brand cluster. This support is designed to maximise online sales across all ecommerce platforms whilst ensuring a seamless, omni, consumer experience. The Online Coordinator is also responsible for the execution of individual responsibilities.
Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Support the Online ecosystem across all channels.
- Attend NPT meetings and manage stock allocation with Retail and Product manager
- Create and confirm POs, Update Advertising & Promotion Tracker accordingly.
- Review sell-thru for limited life, each week, ensuring no out of stocks.
- Manage Offer Manager for new and existing offers.
- Work with Online Executive to coordinate and manage samples for retailer.com and PurePlay.
- Work with Omni-Channel team to implement projects on the brand.com site.
- Coordinate the review of edms for key campaigns focus, in partnership with Marketing to ensure alignment and sign off.
- Support monthly launches – coordinate set up .Net for SKU, Product, Categorisation and QA. Set up Ticker for limited life. Push products live on correct date. Download report of new products on Dangerous Goods list and send to Global to flag in .Net. Support Online Managers with QA. Raising JIRA tickets and working with engineers to resolve (Site issues raised by GCC & audience lists).
- Support Online Team to implement projects on Brand.com site & retailer.com as required
- Product upload across all channels.
- Support the Key Account Manager for Pure Play with asset requests.
- Setup/ brief offers alongside Brand.com Manager
- Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Media Marketing Manager to support CRM initiatives
- Set-up and track all offer codes used in-conjunction with emails and online offers. Work with Online team to ensure accurate data entry into .NET to manage such offers and track for usage rates. Test every offer in an email and refresh to ensure QA process.
- Manage the timely and accurate uploading of product imagery & copy, in line with retailer and pureplay requirements
- Sell-thru reports on Limited Life, Out of Stock reports to find any samples OOS. Validations off affiliate claims with GrowthOps every month.
- Preparing product imagery and copy and uploading to retailer portals.
- On a weekly basis check new product are live and have loaded correctly
- Engage and nurture relationships with retailer.com and pureplay partners. Manage the execution and delivery of tasks that support a mutually beneficial relationship that ensures Brand is top of mind.
- Prepare the All-Hands Meeting detail (warehouse & GCC offer calendar), weekly offers meeting attendance & preparation of the content on the offer’s spreadsheet. Work with Order Management on QA of promos to ensure correct execution.
- Working with warehouse on any new process e.g. engraving. Following up W/H for cycle counts on stock that is low in stock.
- Act as OL main point of contact for Customer Care. Facilitate weekly update meetings to share and review what activity is planned.
- Liaise with Order Management regarding stuck orders
- Partner with Master Data regarding pricing updates.
- Manage and order collateral and communicate with Warehouse team. Raise No Charges. Keep on top of Out of Stocks. Manage no charge merchandise requests and maintain the usage register.
- Capturing and taking screenshots of all ELC Online retail activity
- Act as Point of Contact for the Gift Card vendor. Manage customer issues. Create, brief, test gift card creative with Vii- (Big Promo’s e.g. Valentine’s Day, Holiday)
- General duties as directed by management

Qualifications

- Currently studying or completed degree Marketing Major (with some online media study would be an advantage)
- Experience with or keen interest in Digital Marketing
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
- Working knowledge of a computerised system including:
- Microsoft Office 2007/2010 application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Flash & Dreamweaver;
- SAP;
