Asda's Loyalty team is growing and as part of the exciting expansion, we have a new opportunity to join the team as a Loyalty Campaign Planner

You will be one of the first additions to the new Loyalty team that has recently been setup and is ready to expand further as we explore our Loyalty offering for our customers.

KEY RESPONSILBILITES

• Creating new campaigns (Missions, Star Products, Vouchers) in a bespoke Campaign Management Engine that powers the loyalty offering
• Managing how the campaigns appear in app – Campaign title, imagery, reward value
• Brainstorming new customer facing campaigns 
• Identifying and improving existing processes
• Attending daily stand ups and working in an agile manner
• Building relationships with commercial & marketing teams
• Working collaboratively with agencies that support the Loyalty project

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
 
This role will key in driving the new loyalty offering forward, therefore it is important that candidates are able to demonstrate the following;
 

• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent Excel Skills
• A customer-centric approach to grocery retail
• An ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Very organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
