You will be responsible for:

• Running a large team based at one of our Regional Distribution Centres
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of your section including; recruitment, training, profit and loss responsibilities and ensuring legislative compliance
• Coaching and developing a team to ensure employees reach their full potential
• Managing resources effectively
• Advocating and ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of our Warehouse and Transport operations

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in FMCG
• Proven success in leadership roles
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience and strong understanding of logistics/transport industry will be highly regarded
