About this role
In this job you’ll build, deploy and support our chat and messaging solutions in LivePerson used by thousands of customers daily. Focused on delivering a brilliant customer experience, you’ll ensure they quickly get to the right information and support for their needs.
All this will be delivered on a platform that’s available 24/7 and underpinned by intelligent bots, which augment the work of our customer service agents and improve the efficiency of our chat and messaging channel
You'll have the following responsibilities
Building and implementing reusable frameworks with LivePerson
Implementing LivePerson inside pages that inject JavaScript via Adobe Experience Manager
You will be an active Team member in an Agile SCRUM team and be part of the ceremonies
Responsible for technical analysis and troubleshooting of operational and security related issues
Creating scalable conversational designs and integrating the Web systems using JavaScript
Collaborating with Product Owner, Developers, Tester, Engineering Manager and Cloud Engineer
Providing post-release and incident support
You'll have the following skills & experience
Essential Skillset/Experience :
LivePerson Conversational design and messaging
Usage of the LivePerson platform, configuration of skills, campaigns, conversations
Exposure or interest in JavaScript development including HTML & CSS, used to integrate LivePerson within Web solutions including analytics
Focus on quality, automation, and metrics
Nice to have Skillset/Experience :
Any Conversational Design tool is a plus, I.e. IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Luis or Amazon Lex
JSON Manipulation, API integrations
