Manage your own caseload through to the hearing date
Review, log and distribute incoming litigation across the team
Provide legal counsel to internal customers and offer advice and assistance to the business
Assess evidence in order to make decision on litigated cases and be expected to make decisions that are in the best interest of both Aviva and their customers
The successful applicant will be a forward thinker with good diary management and organisational skills to ensure that effective and timely decisions are made through each stage of the litigation process.
This position is office based and due to the need to review and distribute incoming cases around the team and engage in training, you will be required to work from the Norwich office 5 days per week.
Pro Rata salary of £24,000 depending on skills and experience
