Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient changeover activities for change of coating head including thorough cleaning.
• Collaborate with the QC department to establish application settings and equipment configuration for a variety of products and adhesive types
• Recommend and drive continuous improvement initiatives for application techniques and organization to produce best-in-class finish quality and maximize productivity
• Monitor and measure adhesive coat weight.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules coating line and peripheral equipment to assure peak performance and quality
• Report immediately any equipment performance or upstream material supply concerns for prompt remediation by technical and operational support personnel 

Qualifications

• 2+ years Coating experience/ Machine operation experience
