At Amcor Rigid Packaging (ARP), our teams are focused on developing and making plastic bottles and jars that create a unique experience and are better for the environment.  Our bottles and jars are primarily made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate), which has rapidly become the world’s preferred packaging material. PET is lightweight, shatterproof, recloseable, resealable, reusable and infinitely recyclable*.

With approximately 6,000 people across about 50 manufacturing operations in 11 countries and an annual revenue of US$2.9 Billion, ARP provides rigid packaging solutions to the beverage, pharmaceutical, food, and home and personal care segments.

Position Overview:

  • Ensures continual supply of raw material and supplies to injection moulding machines and removal of full skids to minimize production downtime.                                           

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Must respect Amcor Rigid Packaging’s primary focus,that is to ensure the Safety of all employees.
  • Supply necessary raw materials to production as needed.
  • Remove finished goods from production area and put production tickets on pallets and store in proper place in warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined by the company absentee control program
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

      Qualifications:

  • Education:  High School Diploma or GED   
  • Must be regularly available and willing to work a continuous operation 12 hour shift schedule as the company determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
