Venn Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Lead on behalf of a reputable organisation based in Staffordshire. This is a 9 month contract initially, offering a daily rate of £350 (Umbrella). 

A mixture of on-site and remote working Duties will include: Leading on Health and Wellbeing strategy Leading on the Excellence in Research submission for Human Resources, working in partnership with the Research Policy Unit Leading on Employee Engagement and continue with the Reflections on Culture project and the ensuing results/outcomes and recommendation actions Responsible for oversight and implementation of conferment and promotions process Oversight and ownership of the appraisal process in terms of driving completions/quality outputs Successfully replace staffing as appropriate in the team and deal with any concerns with existing staff Developing and implementing an appropriate leadership and management offering that addresses the issues with the culture/performance of managers in relation to people management ·Through/with their team deliver the objectives of the HR Operational Plan associated to L&OD To apply for this role or to find out about other HR, please contact Jack Sharpe on the Midlands HR Recruitment team on or Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
