Job description:
We are looking for a Learning Analyst responsible for building analysis, visualization and processes to inform our business decisions. The ability to retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data in a format that is useful immediately to improve our Learning strategy and decision making, is critical. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical skills. Our successful candidate will have a robust attention to detail, and enjoys working with large-scale data.
Key responsibilities:

• Create dashboards and perform detailed analysis.
• Design, create and publish tools and reports at European level on Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop models and processes that support quick analysis in improved decision making.
• Connect our internal LMS tool and learning benefits to sound business decisions.
• Prepare high quality presentations with analysis provided in appropriate formats for delivery to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the completion of projects, coordinating with a project team and/or other functions as required.
• Adapt to the requirements from our internal customers and keep up to date with technologies and tools in the market.
• Create documentation on tools created for our users and internal use.
• Improve our existing reports and tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A curious mind with very strong analytical skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and office packages.
• Excellent knowledge of PowerBI.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes easily.
