WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• As the Lead, Systems Specialist Process Parts Chain, you will be responsible for a team of system specialists.
• You will be accountable for logistics processes and operational support for current SAP R/3 system issues and manage the internal interfaces and with our Logistics Service Providers.
• Target setting and measures generation to support process efficiency in collaboration with Lead, Process Specialists , Logistics Service Providers and wider logistics team.
• You will oversee data integrity and maintenance at change points and launches (handover launch to series).
• You will steer and support end to end testing, including defect steering as well as leading go-live planning, cutover and stabilisations of new system introductions. You will oversee training of new system processes with service providers.
• Steering project milestone inputs from SAP keyusers and endusers and influence Group standard process design to ensure future SAP S/4 HANA systems support operational requirements; and working with central project teams to realise introduction.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills are essential.
• Knowledge of logistics processes beneficial.
• Excellent IT skills with strong systems capability in SAP S/4 (HANA) and coding and data analytics skills is desirable.
• Experience/Knowledge agile methodology and test execution is beneficial.
• Possessing excellent project management skills is important.
• Qualification or experience in value added principles and continuous improvement desirable.
