You will be responsible for your own projects, involved with schemes which are negotiated and some other which are tendered.

The remuneration is competitive to market rates and can be negotiated depending on experience and project history.

Requirements

- Tertiary Qualified

- 5 years plus within the construction industry

- Knowledge of negotiated projects and tender submissions

- Managing contracts

- Excellent Communication skills with all levels.

- Solid understanding of the claims, variations and final accounts process.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, enjoys a laugh!!
