The B2B Change Team continue to be pivotal in redefining Aviva’s role in the High Net Worth market. They are passionate about delivering a balanced and simpler intermediated business for Aviva across products such as Home, Motor and Travel insurance!
What are the key responsibilities:
Lead the APC transformation roadmap, looking to re-platform the business over the next 2-3 years
Work closely with key partners such as Finance, Distribution and Brokers
Review existing products and propositions to find opportunities to improve and align to business priorities
Lead business steering groups looking to gain agreement to proceed with new projects/ key deliverables within a project, ensuring focus and outcomes are consistent with Aviva and FCA expectations
Maintain a detailed understanding of the high-net-worth distribution landscape, including any changes in market conditions
What will I bring:
Knowledge of proposition, product development, customer experience, claims and operations
Strong ability to navigate and lead across multiple channels
Project planning and implementation
Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo
What will I get for this role?
Salary between £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
