Job Description

Role purpose

 

The objective of the role is to acquire new logos within the Large Enterprise and Public Sector Business segment of customers with over 500 employees. We are a team of successful, motivated individuals, with a passion and hunger to win.

You will be encouraged to build opportunities to help the team win, capitalising on our rich heritage and using this to open the doors to other digital services.

You will apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new customers in medium-sized and large enterprises to help grow and develop our VM O2 presence

We use deep business insight and market knowledge to play an important role in bringing prospects through the full sales cycle. You will work closely with Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives who will depend on you to deliver on core responsibilities.

 

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

 

New Business Development - Through C-Level engagement and a consultative, customer-centric selling approach, you will qualify opportunities by exploring to understand complex customer challenges and business pains

Strategic Alignment – marketing help to build and prioritise strategic target account lists and identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth. Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch.

The team will consist of highly motivated salespeople with a clear desire to win.

Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets by responding with a quality pipeline, for new logo accounts

Ensure delivery against all business, customer and team critical metrics (including all excellence standards)

Take personal ownership of your development, market knowledge, network and delivery

 

Essential skills, knowledge, or experience

 

  • Commercial competence,
  • Value articulation and a track record of acquiring new business.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Mobile and Digital solutions.
  • Strong telephone skills and good written and spoken English
  • Highly IT literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint as a minimum. Salesforce.com knowledge is preferable
